Order Processing
All orders are processed when received during normal business hours (M-F 8:30a.m. to 5p.m. EST).  All orders received after normal business hours will be processed the next business day. 
 
Shipping
Orders are shipped 1 business day after order is processed.  All orders are sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail unless other arrangements have been made.  Federal Express is available but client is responsible for full payment of these shipments.
 
Damages
All products are inspected before shipment.  If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt at 1-888-466-8631.
 
Backorders
We attempt to maintain our inventory at all times.  In the event we run out of a product, you have the choice of cancelling the product from your order, or having a partial shipment made (if there was more than 1 product ordered).  When the product on backorder has been restocked, your order will automatically ship out.  There are no additional shipping fees when a partial shipment is made.
