Returns
Customer Satisfaction is our number one goal! We will accept returns of any unused, unopened products within 60 days of purchase. Shipments of returns are solely the responsibility of the client. Refunds or credits are issued when the products are received at Master Your Illness, Inc. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation of orders
Any order can be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us at 1-888-466-8631. Once products have been shipped, it is the responsibility of the client to return the products within 60 days of purchase. Products must be unused and unopened to receive a full refund.
