Allergies Symptom Score
We applaud you for trying to Master Your Illness. There are many aspects of your illness that impact your quality of life. As you try different treatments you should pay close attention to the effects they have on your illness. This symptom score worksheet will help you evaluate whether a new approach is helping. We recommend changing one treatment at a time and closely monitoring the result for at least one month. If the score sheet shows you've improved, then stick with it. If you see no improvement, we recommend that you try something else. Not every product works the same for everyone, so keep trying until you find the right one for you.
Use the score sheet as follows:
- Before beginning anything new rate each symptom from 1 to 10, with 10 being the worst and 1 being no problem.
- After one month fill it out again.
- Compare the results and decide if the new treatment helped.
- If you saw improvements, we encourage you to continue using the score sheet on a monthly basis to track your progress, but also to identify other areas that need improvement.
- If you didn’t see the improvements you were looking for, we encourage you to try a different product track your progress again.
Don’t give up keep trying until you get results!
